Dr. Blakely Sport Psychology & Therapy was founded on a simple belief: that performance and mental health are deeply intertwined, and that the most meaningful work happens when we treat them that way.

Our clinicians are licensed professionals with specialized training in sport psychology — and former athletes who understand the world our clients live in. Every new client inquiry is personally reviewed, and we take care to match each person with the clinician who is the strongest fit for their goals, sport, age, and what they’re working through.

Alex Auerbach

Performance Psychologist, Executive Coach, & Author

“I’ve known Dr. Blakely for years as both a colleague and friend, and she’s someone I trust enough to consistently refer my own clients to. In fact, I've sent her more referrals than any other provider in my network because of her ability to provide consistently excellent care.

What stands out is how deeply she understands the intersection of mental health and performance; she’s not just helping people “perform better,” she’s helping them make sense of themselves in a way that actually leads to lasting change.

The feedback I’ve received from athletes and high performers I’ve sent her way has been consistently strong. She makes them feel seen and understood and delivers real outcomes. She brings a level of thoughtfulness, clinical rigor, and real-world understanding that’s hard to find. If I’m making a referral in San Antonio, she’s the first person I'd call."
