Dr. Blakely Sport Psychology & Therapy is based in San Antonio, TX and specializes in working with athletes and high-performing individuals who want to strengthen their mental skills and perform at their best. Founded by Dr. Blakely Low-Sampson, a licensed psychologist with over a decade of experience in sport psychology and collegiate athletics, the practice was built to provide athletes with the support they deserve in both performance and mental health.
Our San Antonio team of licensed therapists provides sport psychology and mental performance coaching to athletes across Texas and throughout the United States. We also partner with teams, organizations, and high-performing professionals to help them build confidence, manage pressure, and perform consistently in high-stakes environments.
With experience spanning collegiate athletics, elite performance settings, and clinical care, our practice is equipped to address the full range of challenges athletes and high performers face—from performance anxiety and confidence to burnout and overall mental health.
